There’s nothing like a savory cheese to complement fine wine! Join us to learn how cheese is made and about the fine art of wine making. Our first stop will be to tour Cedar Grove Cheese Inc., a small local cheese factory that specializes in specialty cheeses. Then, enjoy a buffet lunch at Vintage Brewery located on the banks of the Wisconsin River. Our final stop will be to tour the beautiful grounds and enjoy wine tastings at Wollersheim Winery in Prairie du Sac. Moderate to extensive activity.
