Adventure Camp
Age: 5 – 7 years
Adventure Camp is designed for young campers ready for a summer filled with fun, creativity, and excitement! Campers will enjoy a balance of structured activities and free play that keeps them engaged, active, and smiling all summer long.
Each day brings something new as children participate in themed weeks, arts and crafts, outdoor games, sports, imaginative play, and Water Day every Tuesday. This camp is ideal for families who prefer a camp experience without off-site field trips on school buses. Instead, the fun is brought directly to our camp location through engaging in-house field trips and special activities led by visiting presenters.
A weekly highlight is Central Park Day every Tuesday! Camper drop-off and pick-up will take place at Central Park by the concession stand. Campers will enjoy all that Central Park has to offer, including the splash pad, two large playgrounds, walking trails, athletic fields, plenty of open space, and access to the Grayslake Middle School gyms for a break from the sun.
Adventure Camp encourages teamwork, confidence, and friendship while giving children the opportunity to try new activities and create lasting summer memories.
What to bring to camp every day: a reusable water bottle and a healthy snack. Full day campers should also bring a lunch. Please note refrigerators are not available. Parents must review the Parent Manual online and return additional Emergency Forms prior to the first day of camp.
Don’t need a full week of camp? No problem! Simply use the daily code and indicate which days you’d like to attend during your check out process.
