Summer Camp Inclusion Requests
To support the needs of individuals with disabilities, the Special Recreation Association of Central Lake County (SRACLC) partners with the Grayslake Park District to assist with the inclusion process for summer camps.
Families should follow all registration guidelines and note any special needs and/or requested accommodations when registering their child.
Important Deadline:
Registration must be completed by May 1 in order to arrange appropriate accommodations. Registrations received after May 1 are not guaranteed an inclusion aide and may be unable to participate in summer camps.
Steps to Request an Inclusion Aide for Summer Camps:
- Complete the program registration form and submit it with payment
- Complete the Participant Information Form and submit it with your registration
- Complete the Annual Information Form and submit it with your registration
Once the Park District has received all three completed forms and payment, the Recreation Supervisor will submit the required paperwork to SRACLC to begin the process of securing an Inclusion Aide.
