Mothers and daughters have a unique relationship. Yoga can help balance and strengthen that relationship through positive communication and trust. Enjoy time together in individual and partner poses, breathing, and laughing. No yoga experience is necessary. Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and towel to class. Please, no more than two children per parent
