Summer Camps

The Grayslake Park District staff are looking forward to an exciting summer camp season – it will be here before we know it!

This summer brings back many camper favorites, along with some exciting updates, including:

• New field trips such as theme parks, water parks, arcades, and more
• Expanded extended-day options for grades 1st – 8th to better accommodate working families (7:00am–6:00pm). See page 9 of our Summer Camps Program Guide for details.
• Multiple session options, including full-day, half-day, weekly, and daily camps
• Flexible payment options, including installment billing for most camps

Our flexible scheduling options allow families to choose what works best for them. Our well-trained, experienced staff are committed to providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for every camper. Please be sure to register your child for the camp that corresponds with the grade they will be entering in Fall 2026.

Summer Camps offered at Grayslake Middle School & Woodview School will run from June 8 through August 7. To support families needing care outside of those dates, Hot Shots Sports & More Outdoor Camp will be offered May 26 – June 5 and August 10 – 14. Families may choose to pay for camp in full at the time of registration or take advantage of our installment billing option. Installment billing is available for camps held at Woodview School and Grayslake Middle School. Families selecting this option must register in person at the Grayslake Park District Recreation Center and submit an automatic camp payment form at that time, which can be found at www.glpd.com/summer-camps.

The first week of camp for each child must be paid in full at registration. Remaining weeks will be charged two weeks prior to the start of each camp session. Please see the payment schedule below. Preschool camps require full payment at the time of registration.

Camp Session:
A: June 8 – 12 (Pay in full at the time of registration)
B: June 15 – 19 (Payment due: June 1)
C: June 22 – 26 (Payment due: June 8)
D: June 29 – July 2 (Payment due: June 15)
E: July 6 – 10 (Payment due: June 22)
F: July 13 – 17 (Payment due: June 29)
G: July 20 – 24 (Payment due: July 6)
H: July 27 – 31 (Payment due: July 13)
I: Aug. 3 – 7 (Payment due: July 20)
