Youth Volleyball Player Evaluations

Ages: 3rd-8th grade, girls and boys

With parent volunteer coaches, this league offers girls and boys the opportunity to learn basic volleyball fundamentals, strategies, and teamwork. The league is designed so all teams are balanced and that all athletes have a chance to play. Participants will practice one hour per week and have games on Saturdays.

Player Evaluations

All players must attend one player evaluation day in order to join the league. Evaluations are held at Frederick School (595 Frederick Rd). Players must pre-register prior to evaluations. Each player must turn in a Emergency Form and Code of Ethics.

Players must pre-register and attend one date listed.

Fall 2018 League Information

Fee: On or before August 12: $105 / After Aug. 12: $125
Location: Varies, District 46 and District 127 Gyms
Register By: Aug. 12

Volunteer Coaches Needed

We are looking for volunteer coaches! If you’re interested in coaching, please complete the Coach Sign Up Form and Required Paperwork and send it to Brice Walsh at bwalsh@glpd.com. All coaches must complete a criminal background check and attend the Volunteer Coaches CPR Class on Tuesday, Aug. 28 at 6:30pm at the Recreation Center.
